This website has one form: the visit request. Here is what happens to what you type into it.

What we collect

• Your problem, name, mobile number, the day and sitting you prefer, and your email if you give one.
• Nothing else. The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Where it goes

The form is sent by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email forwarding service, to the clinic's inbox. It is used only to arrange your visit and is not sold or shared.

Other services on the page

Fonts load from Google Fonts, page styles from jsDelivr, and the map from Google Maps. These services receive your IP address like any website you visit. WhatsApp and phone links open your own apps.

Changing or deleting your details

Call 098262 63946 and ask the clinic to delete your request.
